For LEG cast and skin protection follow these simple instructions:

Leg - Remove WaterGuard from the boxPull WaterGuard over leg until area is coveredLeg - Position WaterGuard seal above the afflicted area

Arm - remove WaterGuard from the boxPull WaterGuard over arm until the area is coveredArm - Position WaterGuard seal above the afflicted area
